The Summer Academy Radolfzell celebrates its 25th edition this year. In addition to the already traditional master classes for violin, violoncello and piano, the conducting master class has also been part of the musical program since 2016 and, with its final concert, forms another highlight in the annual calendar of the music city on Lake Constance.
Eight students are working on a concert program with the Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie Konstanz under the guidance of the internationally renowned Zurich conductor and university professor Johannes Schlaefli. The soloists are Richard Verna, cello, and Ryo Yamanishi, piano, both graduates of previous master classes of the Summer Academy.
